to offer discount to customer without notice. Some sale promotion
period, SAIKAEW VILLA offer discount for Internet User more or less
other guest(s).
- Saikaew Villa reserves the rights
to change price, picture, Sales Promotion, Previlage, any information
or details without notice.
- Saikaew Villa reserves the right
to change/amend the room number/or room type with comparable rates
and standard without notice.
Reservation Policy :
- Guest(s) must be informed the reservation
Number for Saikaew Villa before making payment.
- Saikaew Villa offers credit card
payment directly from our website http://www.saikaew.com/payment.html
Payment via Internet without the correct Reservation Number, SAIKAEW
VILLA will do not take any responsibility for reservation but the
payment will be returned to customer.
- Our booking system requires full
payment in advance, We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, JCB and
SCB.
Your credit card will be charged for Saikaew Villa and will appear
on your statement as a debit by “SAIKAEW VILLA”
- Without the reservation number, the
customer(s) may be refused the reservation. Customer can have the
correct Reservation Number from SAIKAEW VILLA via telephone, Fax or
e-mail. Saikaew Villa' staff will inform the reservation number with
his/her name and position via Telephone or Fax or e-mail.
Cancellations, Early Check-out
& No Show Policy :
- Fifteen (15) day (before arrival
date) cancellation in letter (fax to 66.38.644.009-10) and call prior
to the check-in date will receive a full refund after deduct the actual
expense. A cancellation code number will be sent to you. Please do
not consider your booking cancelled until you have received the cancellation
receipt. The cancellation code number will be given by Saikaew Villa
‘staffs which guest have to keep the cancellation number for
reference in the future. Otherwise nonrefundable in any case.
- No Show If customer do not check-in
(No Show) on the arrival date, the deposit can not be refunded.you
do not cancel your booking and/or if fail to check in to the hotel
No show is non-refundable.
- Early check-out is non-refundable
HOTEL REGULATIONs:-
- Check-In/Out Time Subject to the
policy of the hotels displayed on our website, the check-in time is
twelve noon (12:00PM) and the check-out time is twelve noon (12:00PM).
Late check-out wiil be subjected to 100 THB/hr. penalty.
- Cooking, Pets are not allowed.
- Please try not make noise from 22.30
p.m. until 6.00 a.m.
- Unless informed in advance guests
companions are not permitted to stay overnight and have to leave before
20.00 p.m.
- Losting Room Key will be subjected
to charge 200.- Baht
- Saikaew Villa will not be hold any
responsible for any valuable and personal property. Safe deposit boxes
are avaliable, free of charge, at the Front Office. Losing deposit
card, you might ask to present passport or I.D.
